Upon receiving our cars in Texas, a favorable report was written in June for PDQ about the experience. However, after having the cars washed, what appeared as dirt was a dent in the rear bumper of the new car. Contact with the Transporter did not yield successful resolution of the situation. PDQ was then contacted, again with no successful results. PDQ was notified that failure to reconcile the situation would yield a negative evaluation of their services.
