Moving to Palo Alto for grad school. I filled out one of the many online quote forms. Got several quotes, PA Transport Was new but their office is located in DC. They informed about them just being a broker and not owning their trucks. I inquired further how exactly they were going help me move my car. They let me know they had many truckers they had worked with. Jay emailed me the trucker's license and insurance info. I called to make sure the insurance was valid, and it was. So I arranged for them to schedule the pick up. The trucker wouldn't come into DC because of the small roads. I met him with the vehicle right at the edge of DC. He looked weird but very nice. He loaded the car and I got a ride home. Jay told me the cross country trip usually takes 7 - 10 days for the truck to arrive California with the car. He got there in 8 days. I had my brother pay him the balance. When I got there the car was just as it was when I handed Eric (Truck driver) the keys. All-in-all, PA transport did good. Try them out.
