They actually lied

The pick-up time was changed 3 times for a total of 24 hours later than promised. The lied and said they never got the order from the dispatcher. The delivery time was 2 days later than promised. We had to call the dispatcher and the driver lied and said we spoke to him and that we approved delivery the next day. We never spoke to the driver.
This carrier has a D+ rating with the Better Business Bureau- we used them because our dispatch company had good rating and assured us that they would "handle" things.
