I arranged to have my car picked up in Fl. It was scheduled for 5/4/14 or 5/5. The driver called and said he would pick up Wed or Thurs the 7 or 8th. He later sent an e mail said he would pick up Fri 5/10...Was then advised by the driver that Diana had overbooked his truck and forgot to schedule me for pick up. Claimed it was the drivers fault when it was hers. Now going to cost me 4 -5oo more and left me in a big lurch. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..RUDE IGNORANT DISPATCHER!!!!
