- Waste of time and lots of headache (Received my car 2 weeks after pick up )
- Intimidation from the truck driver
- Waste of money (Extra cost of rental car fee)
- Very unprofessional business attitude

Worst business experience I've ever had in my life. The broker company Direct Auto Movers shipped my car with this third party transportation company and my car was delivered 2 weeks after pick up. I was about to call the police cause I thought my car was stolen. When I talk to the company they said the truck is broken down. They delivered the car 10 days after they told me that the truck is broken down. I asked them to ship the car with another truck if it’s broken down. They said they have up to 30 days to deliver the car. So there is no rush. You may end up with waiting 30 days!! And if you are angry when you talk to the truck driver, get ready to hear intimidation. I was shipping my car from California to Texas. And the truck drive intimidated me that he would leave the car in New Mexico in the middle of nowhere in a parking lot and charge me for every day until I go there and pick my car myself. I was shocked to hear that. This is unbelievable. They intimidate the customers to leave the car in the middle of desert. This is how they deal with customers.
I strongly recommend not to ship your car with this company.
