I was a bit hesitant to work with this company after reading some of the reviews here. I did contact them regarding this matter, they told me that they move about 200-300 cars a month (which I did verify with my broker) and some issues as far as break downs and weather related delays are bound to happen specially with ground transportation. This made complete sense to me. They also told me most people do not care to leave good reviews when their job is well done and only people who experienced issues take their time to leave a bad review. They also told me that some of the bad reviews here are from their competitors. They were very responsive, they picked up my car on time and delivered my car in 9 days. They were nice enough to hold my car in their California terminal for 2 days until I got situated. The guy who answered the phone (I think Vic) took his time to answer all the issues I had and made me feel comfortable about this process as it was my first time shipping a car.
