Be glad you looked here! Save yourself days of headache and MOVE ON TO ANOTHER SHIPPER.

The good: Both cars arrived from VA to CA without a scratch. Armen, the guy answering the phone, was pretty easy to get a hold of...but he gave vague answers to almost every question.

The BAD: Switched the pick-up date 3 times, costing me additional rental fees. Used flatbed delivery at both ends so vehicles were driven multiple times. Cars really dirty on delivery. Promised cars in 5 days; took 10 to deliver the first one- forcing $1000 in rental fees. Second vehicle delivered on first day was NOT MY CAR!- yes, they delivered someone else's car to my Dad's house. Called and they swapped vehicles 2 days later by DRIVING (not carrying) my Lexus the 95 miles from San Diego to Orange County.
