WOW!!! You can read my review on TD Auto Logistics and then read how fantastic Orange Auto Transport is!!! ORANGE AUTO TRANSPORT!! This company...sooo great! Having gone through a nightmare with Dominic at TD Auto Logistics in Florida, this was like the heavens parted and I suddenly had just fantastic customer service! They were so quick, efficient, gave me a great rate and then in a couple of days my car landed here in California! We were very impressed with how all was handled from start to finish after some PTSD from TD Auto Logistics! Not only was the company itself great to work with, but the guys with ABS Transport , who picked up and delivered our car were just great too! Cheerful, very careful in the unloading...hats off to ABS Transport! ! If you have a car to move, this is the company. They are also BBB accredited and all was handled beautifully. They contacted my friends who were the pick up location early on the pick up day. They then updated their arrival time two more times!! By the time I got hold of them to let them know the car was being picked up, they had already been in touch with my friends. :) GREAT communication. I will only use them in the future. The difference was astonishing...being able to simply hop on line to make the deposit with no long phone conversations or issues was terrific. They let you know when they have someone to pick up, send you and email with a link to make deposit and bingo! You get all the information on the pick up company, etc. Domnic, who owns TD Auto Logistics, was a nightmare and the difference was astonishing! He not only kept my deposit despite no pick up, but when I wrote a negative review, he attempted to have it removed by lying to the administration of this site saying I wasn't a customer!! I then supplied all the documentation showing I was, in fact, a customer. When the review went back up, he contacted my friends where the car was and absolutely devastated them making up all kinds of nasty lies about things I said about them, etc. So THAT is how bad it can get!! Nasty, tawdry, ugly and unprofessional versus charming, cheerful, fast and affordable! THANK YOU ORANGE TRANSPORT! You guys rock and are our new and only transport company!
