When I first started getting quotes to transport my son's truck I got a number of watch out for other transport company replies. Not from Orange though. Their price wasn' t the cheapest and wasn't the highest, but was within 15% of the lowest bid. After talking to Tiffany on the phone she answered all my questions professionally and politely. I went with Orange because of competitive price, good ratings and reviews, and Tiffany's customer service. Truck was scheduled for transport within a day, and truck was picked up and delivered within 15 minutes of times we were communciated. Emails were sent from step to step and driver called with updates from pickup to delivery. Nice to have my son's truck home safe and sound. Well worth the price paid. Though I hope I never have to again, I will use Orange if the need for their service comes up again. Thanks!
