I was very pleased with the service. This was the first time that I used a "Vehicle Transport Service". I was contacted by several different Transport companies and I felt comfortable with my selection of Orange Transport. the web site was very informative and inviting, other companies seemed aggressive and shady. My concerns were put at ease when I spoke with Penny & Travis on several different occasions. Each time I contacted Customer Service I was left with a clear understanding of the process on getting my car moved.
I would like to give a special Thanks to my driver "Cicero"!!!!! He did an Outstanding job of delivering my vehicle. He was hampered with a car with a flat tire & dead battery on the transport that was in the way of offloading my vehicle. Also, the padlocks holding the portable ramps in place were frozen and had to be cut. In addition to his load difficulties it was bitter cold with gusting winds. Yet Cicero worked through the obstacles in the bad weather conditions and prevailed, getting my car off the transport and getting the other car started. Great Job Cicero !!!! Thank You Orange Auto Transport !
