We paid $175 in advance and decided on pick up date. But our emails and voice messages were not returned starting 4 days before pick up date. We called several times. We waited until date of pick up and it never called us to inform anything (until now). It was horrible as I had to leave state in two days. Luckily We will Transport it company was able to pick our car and deliver safe on time.
