I have signed the leasing agreement on Feb 6th to pick up my car on Feb 18th from Harrisburg, PA to Rohnert Park, CA. James assured me that he will find the carrier and driver on that day. I called him couple of days before and he said that he is still searching for the carrier and driver. I was hopeful that my car would be picked on Feb 18th. One day before the moving date, James and his supervisor Joe told me that my request was at two different places hence we can't find the carrier and driver for this quote though I have paid the deposit and signed the lease with Orange apple transport. He told me that unless it is taken out my car can't be transported. Very unprofessional, not being proactive and diligent in finding this earlier. I have to call the other company and take this listing out.

Finally, Joe said that he will get back to me within a day to find out. He did not find the carrier and driver until Feb 21st. He is not refunding the money either. I will definitely not recommend this company at all. I advice everyone to stay out of this company.
