After trying to get the vehicle moved for two weeks with Stateway to no avail. I got ahold of Gabe and he explained that the route was not traveled very often- he asked for 24 hours to come up with a solution and he did. I had a schedule within 24 hours and a carrier assigned.
I wanted a closed carrier and had to wait 1 week for pickup but it was picked up on the day forecasted and delivered in 4 days.
Gabe got it done when others couldn't. No BS - straight shooter -explained how things work. Thanks Gabe.
