They gave a day and a half windo for pick up, and missed it. Then refused to wait until someone was available to sign of the car. Then they never sent pictures of the vehicle even though I reminded them multiple times. The dispatcher claimed he would contact me on any delays, that never happened. They gave a 2 day delivery window. I called at lunch time the 2nd day because I never hear anything. The excuse I was given was that the driver was 8 hours away waiting for a customer to fly into the local airport. The driver finally showed up late in the afternoon the following day outside the window, resulting in me taking 4 days off of work. Then the driver was rude when I asked to see he pictures and claimed he didn’t know how to use his phone. Then when I opened the trunk and inspected the box that was less than 5 pounds, he tried to charge me extra. I told him tough because he missed the window twice, the car was filthy, and the broker said we could fill the trunk.
