Onsite Shipping Won't Ship Your Car After You Pay Them

I got an online quote for $1400 to ship my truck from Delta, BC to Scarborough, ON. They called me every day until I agreed to use them. Once I sent them the $$$ they never called me again. They never shipped my truck and gave me every excuse under the sun as to why they couldn't ship my truck. For 3 months I called and emailed them and they kept saying I was at the top of the list and my truck was on the schedule for shipping but they never once sent me any information or confirmation. Ryan told me that I could not get a refund as it was not in the contract. He said "we could not ship your truck in a year and you won't get your money back so stop right there". Ryan is rude and condescending on the phone and talks back to his customers. I once called and he thought he was mid-conversation with someone else and told the person to F*** OFF!

Please do your research and DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM when they tell you they have never lost a claim!

I am urging anyone who has had a similar experience with ONSITE SHIPPING or any other auto shipping company to contact me as I am spearheading an investigation into these companies. Please contact me at mikematika@gmail.com
