I had to sign a shipping order form and prepay for shipment. Onsite will only except money transfers in advance.
Order was placed on Aug 8th of 2013 with a target delivery date of Aug. 27th, 2013.
Cargo has never been picked up. Whenever I enquire about the status of the shipment, I get the same response from Ryan, trucks are down for servicing or, we can not control delays in the shipping industry but you are on top of the list.
Do a search on them through the FMCSA. As of this writing, their site shows that Onsite's licence to operate has not been renewed.
