This was my first auto shipping experience and I was having such a hard time working out a pickup with another company, because my car was at a storage lot out of state and I couldn’t be there to hand the car over. One of the agents from Onroad Transport reached out to me by text/phone and was basically able to organize everything right then and there for me. The next day my car was picked up without a hitch and the agent called me with updates over the next few days of transport.
Not to mention their price was about 300 dollars cheaper than the company I was working with before. Thanks guys.
