A terrible experience. Their phone system does not work. The only time anyone ever called back was when they needed to get my deposit. It took 2 1/2 weeks to even get a possible date for picking up the car and the finally delivery location was to be 1 1/2 hours away from my house, not my driveway as promised. The price they originally quoted was half what they finally told me it would cost to have the car delivered. l was desperate by the end and agreed to drive 90 miles to pick up my car. I called the driver who was to pick up the car and he told me that he had canceled that morning because of weather and nobody from the company even bothered to call me, even though I was making plans to take time off work to go meet the driver (THREE hours away from my job ). I finally just drove and picked up the car myself. Do not use this company, and if you do do not give them any money up front.

I'm sorry you feel you had an unpleasent experience with my company. At the time of booking your order and as stated on your your contract you must have signed on when your car is available for pick up. We don't pick up cars at our convience, we schedule pick-ups ariund the clients needs. You where contacted by phone and emailed several times to explain the driver encountered hazardous weather conditions and there was going to be a slight delay, which is out of our control. I'm sorry you feel this way.
