I used an online site to solicit bids from auto transport companies to move our car from WA to CA. One Stop Auto Transport's quote was not the lowest, but was among the lowest, and Don Miller happened to call me (just as several other services did around the same time) just when I happened to be ready to book the transport, on April 12th. I gave him my credit card number and authorized a charge for $125. I received a receipt and contract via email to fax back to him.

I was charged $125 on the 13th of April, and my car was to be picked up later that week.

Never got a call to confirm pick up on scheduled day (Saturday), got in touch with Sara in "dispatch" who said there was a break down on the truck scheduled to haul my car and they are looking for another available truck. As well, their phone message stated their computers were down and should be up and running by Tuesday.

Tuesday Sara tried to contact me, I returned her phone calls and emailed to only finally hear back on Wednesday. She said there was another driver who could pick up my car the next day, but he was asking for $50 more due to the increase in the cost of fuel.

At this point this was the last red flag I needed. I emailed that I wanted a refund and that I would not be moving my car with them. I have emailed both Sara and Don repeatedly, and have not heard back.

On April 27th my card was charged by One Stop Auto again for $125. Nice.

Oh, and I also once spoke briefly with Anthony.

Consider these guys criminals. Do not give them your money.
