After running into a problem in having my car picked from Kansas, the team at Ontrack Auto Transport moved quickly to resolve the problem. They worked around the clock to get my car picked up. I had the chance to work directly with Jorge and Alex. They went above and beyond in helping me. Because of where the car was located in Kansas, it was very difficult to find a driver to drive out there. Jorge worked so hard and diligently to get this car transported. Jorge worked his magic and was able to find a driver to pick it up where the car was at. And very quickly may I add.
Thank you Jorge for making this happen. You have no idea how much I appreciate it. Also, thank you Alex for showing your concern and overlooking this whole thing. And last but not least, thank you Richard, who was willing to go out of his way to pick up my car. Thank you all so very much for everything you guys have done. Your customer service has gone above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend you guys to transport vehicles to anyone. Again, thank you.
