I reviewed the company for my wife, who signed the contract. I proved we were a customer to the review website when the company originally challenged the review (to get it hidden/deleted). Once it reappeared, they lied when they said it was a competitor's false review.

I am re-filing the review using my wife's email address, just to eliminate a small fig leaf they may try to hide behind.

One tidbit to add to the review. They charged our credit card in violation of their own contract. We disputed this with the credit card company. The credit card company reversed the charge despite the company disputing the reversal.

Please don't give me a quote unless you can deliver what you promise.

We wanted to transport a car from major metro area in Texas to town 100 miles outside major metro area in Oregon. Seems possible, right? They were not able to deliver a driver. We cancelled 8 days after daily calls.

This was actually the second time we tried them for this task (don't ask). The first time, communication was haphazard at best (call, voicemail says full. really?). Second time, communication was better.

The cherry on top- 2 weeks after we fired them, a driver called wanting to transport our car.

this is not a customer . theres no order number or customer information. this is a false review from a competitor
