WORST COMPANY EVER! SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company and the people that work for them are scam artists and con individuals trying to transport their cars. Olympus charged a $137 deposit and was supposed to pick up my vehicle 7/18. They did not let me know the vehicle would not be picked up even though I contacted them days ahead of time via email and telephone. They said the pickup was delayed but the car would be picked up within 72 hours. They called for the next couple of days to say they did not have a carrier yet but they would keep me updated. However, after 4 days they no longer contacted me and did not respond to my phone calls or emails. I called Krystal Pierce over 100 times and other numbers for Olympus over the next few days (for a total of 11 days from pickup date). I have screenshots of my phone log to prove the number of calls. The company not only did not respond to my calls but they started rejecting my phone calls and even rejected my calls when I called from another number once they determined it was me. They continued to lie about contacting a carrier and dispatch. Then, when I tried to cancel my contract they again told lie after lie and continued to reject my calls and not respond to my multiple emails or voicemails. I sent them an email to cancel my contract and remove me from their listing. They were holding my car hostage because other companies would not allow me to sign with them as Olympus still had my car listed. I had to contact central dispatch myself. Central dispatch informed me Olympus had increased the price offered to drivers but they failed to mention this to me or ask for my approval. I also contacted the police and Krystal even failed to return their calls. The police will be following up with her and the company on Monday 8/1. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges as Olympus charged me before securing a carrier. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope this review prevents others from the same trouble and stress I dealt with. I have never had a more unprofessional and dishonest experience than I had with Olympus. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!

Addendum 8/1/16: This company tried to hide my review and claim I was not a costumer. I submitted proof to the website to keep my review visible to others.

mrs corbett posted her orders with multiple companies. we tried our best to have her car assigned to a driver. she posted her car with multiple companies which made the drivers skeptical about grabbing her load. her deposit was refunded to her. we put everything in a very detailed contract that states she cannot double post her vehicle and she did anyways. we did everything on our end correctly. her car is currently still sitting on the nationwide loadboard with multiple companies.
