I contacted Peggy at Olson express after I had previously tried a low-ball bid by another broker which no carrier picked up. Her response time was quick and she came through with a price that I believe was fair for me and the carrier and ultimately resulted in a successful transport. The best thing about Olson is that they communicate well. My first broker never even called to tell me they had not found a carrier by the date I had specified. In contrast, Olson Express was kind enough to send periodic updates so I knew what was going on. The car arrived on time (pick up was a delayed) and there was no damage.
