This was my first experience with having to find a company to ship my car and it was nerve-wreaking! So many reviews to look through and companies to research in order to be confident that the transporting of my car would go smoothly. I intiallypicked another company- paid my deposit only to never hear from them- nothing was ever confirmed as far as a carrier for my car so I began to get nervous because i had a flight out of the city and needed my car to be shipped before i left. I finally called Olson Auto Express as a last result hoping that I could arrange a plan B, I spoke with Peggy who was very knowledgeable about the business and considering the small timeframe we had to work with she was very assertive and willing to assist me by all means. She jumped right on it to find me a carrier for my vehicle- she was like a life saver!! I was confident that she was going to see to me getting my vehicle and that all would go well! :)

She arranged it so that since the carrier would only be able to arrive after I flew out (because of the short notice) thay I could leave my car with a dealership whom they do business with as well and that it would still get to me sooner than the other company that I intially was going to go with estimated.
Through the whole process Peggy was available to answer any of my questions and she was very courteous!! I felt like she cared about me as a customer. My car was not picked up on time due to an issue out of her control and I was made aware immediately however, she did not let that stop the process she worked diligently to find a new carrier for the car the very same day!! And instead of it being on a open carrier my car was put on an enclosed carrier for the same price (it was a cancellation)

I would most definitely use Olson Auto Express again just because of the service- the promptness and the price! Thank you Peggy- My car arrived just how I left it!! :)
