First time in a number of years that I chose to ship a vehicle from the East Coast instead of flying to the location and driving it back myself. I couldn't be more pleased with Olson Auto Express and the manner in which they handled all the specifics and special requests of this transport. The vehicle was a special edition, brand new SUV and I relied heavily on the Olsons and the driver to communicate with me throughout the process. Even though it was a challenging time to ship a vehicle (over the holidays), Peggy worked her magic and scheduled an excellent shipper who made this happen without delay. The driver worked on my behalf to ensure the vehicle was in pristine condition as promised by the dealership who I purchased from "sight unseen". There is no doubt that I will rely on the honesty, kindness and personal touch of Olson Auto Express should I ever need to ship a vehicle again. Peggy and Carroll are the BEST!
