Great Customer Service...Quick booking time

Once I decided to use a transport service instead of towing the car back myself, I spent almost 3 weeks researching companies. After seeing a trend of the same type of negative comments I almost changed my mind. I decided to use Olson Auto Express because they are a carrier as well as a broker. Regardless of the thousands of reviews the large brokers have, they are still people sitting in an office and may not know the little things about the business. Since Olson actually does some transporting themselves it made me feel more comfortable knowing they knew the ins and outs of the business. I did have some problems with the carrier they brokered to, but Peggy was very helpful throughout the process and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. Even with the lateness of the pickup and delivery due to the carriers equipment problems all worked out well and I would definitely call on Olson if I need their services in the future.
