Poor customer service

DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. Bill, who claims to be the manager, has poor customer service skills. They told me my auto would be picked up at a specific date if I agreed to pay an extra $25, which was great since I had to move that day. Did not appreciate the way the manager responded when I called saying that my car didn't get picked and I would like to have my original quote. Very unsatisfied with the customer service.
