Do not use this company! Beware! Julian Jones is not an honest person or has no idea what-so-ever what honest, clean, good customer service is! I shipped my car from CA to FL and was given an exact amount to pay. When the driver came to pick the car up in CA, he told me it would be $200.00 more because Julian did not tell them that the car was in-operative, I had full documentation stating the car did not run. Julian told me to have the car ready so it would brake, roll and steer. After flying out to California, what am I supposed to do when the driver states I have to pay and sign for another $200.00 charge. I took a week off of work, had to fly back and forth, tickets paid etc. and was I just to turn the driver away and start over! Julian and Official Auto Transport are crooks, it is absolute fraud the way this company is run. I have sent several emails to Julian and made about over a half dozen phone calls. No one at the company returns my calls or responds to my emails. Not only did they cheat me out of an extra $200.00, they also told me the wrong dates the car would be picked up, the wrong times that the driver would arrive, this for both pick up and for drop off. Please follow the review trail of information about this terrible company and do not allow this company to cheat you the way it has cheated the rest of us who used Official Auto Transport as their customers. There are hundreds of companies out there, do your research, it will save you your money, your time and keep you from being stressed out about your vehicle. I hope someday someone sues this company and they go out of business. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in hoping to help others from being scammed in this way.
