Took a deposit and never picked up car or answered phones

I called Julian on a number of occasions when by some chance he actually answered their phone. First sign I was in trouble.

Made a $105 deposit (Visa) to secure a truck and schedule a 2 day pickup window.

2 Days prior to scheduled pick up I spoke with Julian where he said a sister company was going to pickup my car and the driver would contact me.

- Day prior to scheduled pick up I spoke with Julian where he said the driver was in Miami making his way via Fort Meyers and would contact me and arrive on the latter of the scheduled pick up dates.

- Day of scheduled pick up, no call from the driver, no pick up of the car and Official Auto Transport stopped answering their phone and emails. I even tried using different phone in case he was monitoring caller ID.

- I was able to secure a new carrier at a higher rate but they actually answer their phones.

- They probably could find a carrier willing to do the job for the price they quoted.

- USE THEM IF YOU DARE.
