Official Auto Transport provides excellent service! Having a car transported was a new experience for me. However,from the very start this company gave me friendly and professional service. My first contact person Thomas Carter was very thorough he answered all of my questions and gave me a step by step description of the process. I was also very please with the rate that he gave me, with the rising cost of gas prices I was suprised to see how fair their rates were compared to other companies.I was also impressed with professionalism and promptness of the driver who offered his cell number and took mine so that I could track the progress of the transport at anytime.One week later my car safely reached its destination. Overall, I couldn't ask for better service!
