The experience was a great one, except for one thing. My wind shield received a small ¼ of an inch cracked from the move (so maybe a little cushion should be applied to vehicles), I didn't noticed it until after signing the release document but I’m putting in a claim for that. I was quoted $905. My account was debited $155 and I paid $750 to the driver, no extra charges.

From start to finish, Tony the driver kept in touch with me. He called me two days prior to picking up my car in Toledo, Ohio, and then he called again, given me a two hour window to be at the pickup location. A week later, Tony called me again to verify my delivery address and my arrival time, each day he stayed in contact with me until I received the car in Los Angeles, CA.

Just a note, I read the reviews after I signed the agreement and was skeptical but I really didn’t have anyone else reasonable in price to go with. I even got a call from another trucking company telling me to check them out because they were just a broker and to not trust everyone and go to a particular website to see for myself… that was weird.
