I shipped one car in November from Vegas to Miami. It went verry smooth. The car was delivered within 7 days.(using Official...)
I needed to ship my car again ,this time from Miami to Las Vegas. I decided to go with Official Auto Tansport again because they gave me a good price. They picked up the car 2 or3 days later than scheduled but that was not a problem for me and I never said anything about it. There was a great communication, Actually I wasn`t stressing too much about it cause I alredy knew the whole deal- they were just brokers and yes, they were polite, knowledgeable AND verry business oriented. I was given the contact number for the truck driver Rob.The next time I heard from them ( the drivers) was five days later and I could not believe they were calling me actually because they were two hours away and wanted to arrange the pick up of the car. I just want to say that the trucking company Official Auto Transport was using to ship my car is amazing - the most polite, honest and hard working folks I`ve seen lately.Thank you.
