I was given a very good price on a quote and a very fast pickup date. Seemed too good to be true and it was. They missed the first date (Monday) and said they had it scheduled for pickup 2 days later (Wednesday). I made arrangements with the seller to have the car ready. They never called to schedule the pickup with the seller and when I called official auto transport my rep (Devin) was not available for the entire day so I asked for a Manager. The manager said he needed a few hours to schedule a truck so I agreed. When I called back later, he didn't have anything scheduled. I cancelled the order and he said he would send a refund in 7 days. I would like to follow through on the agreed price we had, but I can't rely on Official Auto Transport to do what they say they will do. They left me hanging 2 times and I can't wait for my vehicle any more. My family of 9 needs this vehicle! I wouldn't reccomend using them. Also, their statistical information doesn't make any sence. They should look at the 61 reviews and compare how many are negative......not compared to the 2500+ cars that they shipped. If you look at the 61, I counted about 16 negative reviews. This means that 26% are negative. MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION. I AM LOOKING FOR QUOTES ELSEWHERE AFTER I WASTED TIME ON THEIR PROMICES THAT THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH ON.
