Thanks for your review! These customers far out number our unhappy customers. We have shipped 2,757 cars since we started receiving reviews here on this site and our happy customers vastly outnumber our rare unhappy customers. We can't please everyone 100%, but we certainly try! Its just very difficult getting them to leave a positive review. Of the 2,757 customers we have had in that time, only 23 have left negative reviews. That is only 0.83% of our recent overall business. Logically thinking we could not be in business if 50% of our customers were unhappy and were refunded or did charge backs. We are looking forward to shipping your next car Tanya!
