I must say that I am VERY satisfied with the business and my contact person, Mr. Carter. At first I was really iffy about going with this service or any transport service because of reviews I had read on the internet. I had got quotes from many companies including Official Auto Transport and Mr. Carter had quoted me the lowest rate but I was still iffy not knowing if he was just trying to get my money. He was VERY polite and considerable of my concerns and answered all my iffy questions and not one time got upset although I repeated myself several times and he continued to Assure me this was not a scam. Mr. Carter even allowed me to discuss with him the reviews I had read and explained to me situations of his opinion because that was one of my greatest concern about picking their company. I was Very impressed with his professionalism and how he handled all my questions and concerns. We had several phone contacts before I took their service because I was still afraid this was a big scam, especially when I had to give my credit card number. Mr. Carter even explained to me the security of giving this information and how it all worked. Well after all that I was still not sure if this was something I wanted to do so I had a male co-worker to call and speak to Mr. Carter concerning doing business, since being a women I did not want to be taken advantage of. Well Mr. Carter once again impressed me and my co-worker, going in dept detail about how their services worked and the security. Mr. Carter spent a lot of time explaining to my co-worker as well as me concerning our questions and concerns and not one time did he seem or get upset or frustrated but continued to say he understand and assure us this was all legal and legit. My co-worker was very impressed how Mr. Carter handled business and then I knew it was okay to accept their service. Mr. Carter unlike the other companies explained how the price giving might change due to driver but his goal was to get my service for the quote given and if anything changed he would call me. Well Mr. Carter did exactly as he said. He even explained how it might take time to find a driver due to me being located in a small time not really near any major city in Texas. Well he quoted me $775 and he had found a driver and gave the driver specifics of my location but the day the driver was suppose to pick up my car, the driver called and said he miscalculated where my town was and this was out of his route. Well, yes I was upset but the next day I was on the phone and Mr. Carter apologized and got right on finding another driver to pick up my car. I was blaming the company but the driver explained to me that it was his fault. It was great to know that if Mr. Carter was out the other representatives got on the ball to keep things rolling and continued to provide excellent service. Mr. Carter seemed to have keep good track of my order and remained to work hard to find a driver. Mr. Carter remained daily contact with me about my car and services, when I was ready to give up; he called and said he found a driver that was willing to come pick my car up that night and would have it delivered to me in 2 days but the driver wanted an extra $25 due to where I was located and so I took the deal with no complaints. Well Mr. Carter explained my location and they picked my car up. The driver even kept contact with me about the time he would be there and drop off my car, and if anything changed he would be contacting me and he did just that. I was Very impressed with the driver and their delivery time from Texas to Rhode Island in 2 days. My car arrived on time and in the same condition they picked it up. It was no hassle and all seemed very polite and professional. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND FELT MR. CARTER AND THE OTHERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND UPHELD TO THEIR WORD AND SERVICES. I AM VERY IMPRESSED AND WOULD RECOMMEND THE SERVICE TO FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND OTHERS!! I MUST SAY MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT AND WOULD DO IT AGAIN!!!! MR. CARTER THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR SERVICE, PROMPTNESS, HONESTY, AND GREAT PROFESSIONALISM, YOU MADE DOING SERVICE WITH YOUR COMPANY A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANKS AGAIN!!!
