I was quoted $650.00 on 11/26/07 to transfer my vehicle from Calif. to Texas. Two days before the vehicle was to be picked up. I received a call from Devin indicating the driver was requesting an additional $50.00. I told Devin that he needed to honor his quoted of 11/26/07 and that I would not pay the additional cost of $50.00 He mentioned that he would credit back my credit card for the $50.00 and that I should pay the transporter the $550.00 COD. making the total shipping cost the $650.00. I did not receive the credit of $50.00 due me and would expect that this is how Official Auto Transport operates its business. I would not use this company in future since they aren not trust worthy.

This customer's move had very strict time frames associated with it due to the work schedules. We advised him that the driver was going to charge a small fee in order to accommodate that schedule. The customer agreed to the fee and allowed us to move his vehicle, which was picked up and dropped off on time just as promised.
