My experience with Official Auto Transport (OAT) was a nightmare. On December 11th, I paid a dep. of $150 of a $475.00 total price, to have my car picked up on 12/27 and delivered no later than 12/31. I was assured by Julien this companies CEO that my car would be delivered in a timely and professional manner to my home in North Carolina. He assured me that it was his company that would be delivering my vehicle instead Julien brokered my contract to a subcontractor named BRIDGEWATER AUTO TRANSPORT 2 CORP. (BAT2C) who did not pickup my vehicle until 12/29 @ 9 pm. I didn't receive my vechicle until Jan. 2nd. in the meantime Bridgewater employees were using my car for their personal use. At the time of pickup, my car had 32,590 miles, when I received my vehicle it had 33,860 miles, (reducing my warranty) reeked of cigarette smoke leaving a stinch in my leather. Kelvin Williams (driver) indicated that he drove my vehicle from Virgina to North Carolina, unauthorized, my mileage indicates that he drove my vehicle from Jamaica, New York to North Carolina. Julien talks well as a professional, but thats it just talk. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

This customer's order was set up for a move a week in advance. Unfortunately, the scheduled driver had a break down the day of the pick up which caused a delay. The representative handling this order was in the office 3 hours after the end of the business day attempting to schedule another driver to pick up the vehicle as quickly as possible. The representative was able to schedule the customer the following day and the vehicle was dropped off very quickly. The customer's car was not driven as the driver would not take the risk of driving a vehicle that he would be solely responsible for if it were damaged. The customer made several threats to physically harm the Official Auto Transport staff, and at the drop off point the customer did not pay the driver. The information listed in this review is slanderous, and it is unfortunate that this particular feels this way, especially after receiving a free move because he felt that his vehicle was driven.
