My BMW arrived damaged after it was transported from Ohio to California. The back passenger door was dented and scratched and the USB port inside my car was broken. The delivery/returning of my car was delayed by 1 day. The damage was not disclosed by the driver. After a considerable amount of back and forth, Osso agreed to repair the damages and provided a rental car during the repair. The manager Mike personally picked up and delivered our car after the repairs were completed. I was pleasantly surprised with their service. They put a great amount of effort into rectifying the situation.
