The driver had a serious problem when he dropped off the car to my 23 year old daughter. When she gave him the cashiers check, he asked, "didn't your mom leave a tip?" And then proceed to rant about no tip and snatched the paper work from her. Other than one call before pick-up, I had no contact with the driver. In fact, I had to call the broker for information on pick-up time and drop off time because he did not return my calls. They were great. The driver gave no updates during travel. Nothing. So asking for a tip was out of line and unprofessional. The car was delivered and I am thankful for that. Would not use again though.
