Item "lost" during shipping, feedback section fake on the website, bad attitude customer service

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My 2014 Mustang GT was shipped from LA to IN and my personal item that worth 600 dollars was "lost" during the transportation, with clearly proof of picture before shipping the item was there on the passenger side seat and gone after the shipping. Another box on my passenger seat was opened by someone as well. After I talked to company manager, no compensation or even an apology received. All the feedback section on the website was clearly not real because you cannot submit a feedback. So I have to use this way to share my bad experience and “recommend” to all of you guys who’s thinking to choose OSSO TRANSPORTATION.
