when my broker told me they were using this company i panicked a bit because of the one review on this site. My broker assured me that they use OSSO frequently with no problems so i took the leap of faith.
I can only attribute the "bad" rating for this company to "one of those days", and we all have them.
My car was picked up on time by a very friendly and courteous driver. He handled the car with care as he backed it on the the carrier, shook my hand and left for CA. The expected delivery day was a Friday and the car was there a day earlier on Thursday, the driver accommodated my schedule of a late delivery that day.
From start to finish my experience here was great!!!! I hope your is as well!!!
