The whole experience was flawless. If every experience with OSA reflects my experience with Sam, it doesn't get any better. McLaughlin the carrier was terrific and the driver Carlos was a gem, courteous, careful and a great communicator. He called me a few times to keep me posted as to exactly where he was.
I really appreciate your timely pursuit of my business, and then working tirelessly on the eve of Thanksgiving to close the arrangement. You said that a carrier was available who would be able to pick up the car on the weekend, just after Thanksgiving. Early Sat morning I got a call from the driver Carlos - and sure enough, one hour later he was at my driveway in a beautiful, custom painted enclosed rig that held 6 'exotics". Mid next week, his company emailed me to give me an update and Carlos then called me a few times to keep me posted as to exactly where he was and when the car would arrive. Again - it arrived a few hours earlier than he first estimated. Doesn't get much better than that. The car's condition was almost perfect - it was a bit dusty - to be expected. Carlos cautioned me to only use water so as not to scratch the paint!

You helped make this happen Sam, on time. You were responsive, had great followup the night before Thanksgiving, and the price quote was very reasonable. You earned your fee. I'd recommend OSA and you to anyone, and would do business again with you in a heartbeat.
