I just want to say what a great experience I had a Numis. In the beginning there was a communication mishap and I went with another company. However, Diana from Numis personally reached couple more than once to see if we could get this issue resolved and asked to give their company another chance and WOW was I amazed by their customer service. Though they can't be reached 24/7 like larger companies they respond to you asap. Diana and Suzanna were great. They offered the highest quality of customer service and personally cared about shipping my vehicle. Furthermore, the driver Eddy was very friendly and kept in touch and answered all phone calls. They may not be a large company and have lots of reviews but they are 5 stars and do not hesitate to call them. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.
