Contracted on April 27th to pick up vehicle on May 1,2007. Promised pick up every weekday from then until I cancelled the contract. Excuses ranged from truck broke down, driver ill, to driver had to make other pickups. Broken promises, poor customer relations, failure to respond to questions either through phone calls or e-mails. I await a refund of deposit after three requests.
