This company has a very good sales pitch. They did not pick up my vehicles on time. Never called me to validate when the drivr would arrive and the time. I called them 100 times (for real, 100 times) to confirm when the drivers would arrive to my home. When I did speak with some one, they told me they would pick up my vehichle at 3 different times thru out the pcik up date(March 30). Of course nothing happen. Finally they stated the driver would arrive on Sat orSun. I waited and called but nothing. My flight was schedule to leave on that Monday and I had two vehicle, no place to leave them and put in a inconvenice because of there poor service. I had to make accomadations to leave my vehicle so they could be picked up. I had to inconvenicen some one elses schedule to assist me when this pick up as well as delay my flights for a family of 4. I called them on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thrusday, Friday... I got the same run around from them all week. Finally the contractor called me on Thurdays and stated he knew nothing about picking up my vehicle on that date and he would be there on Thurday, but did not make it becuase the driver never showed up in Jersey until Friday which is when they picked up my vehicled. Of course, I callled again, again, again, Finally after another 100 calls, some one answers and I complained so they stated to complete a compensation form and fax it. I did so and confirmed they received it. Never heard from them. The vehicled arrived on April 11, 2007. The driver did not know anything about the compensation review or what was going on so he had he boss call my phone. He was rude and disrespected and told me he was going to leave my vehicle in a ditch if i did not pay him the full amount. I had to put my fiance on the phone because i was stessed and mad because of this mess. I am preganant and i did not need the stress. When my vehicles arrived, one of them were damaged, we called the boss and he did not care and stated it was not his problem. Once again, I called the company and still to this day i have not spoken to anyone nor have they returned my calls. I have since then had to contact a lawyer. I tired to leave serval message for Tina, one of the managers and e-mailed her and guess what nothing. It is now 5/29/20007 and they have not tried to call me about my concerns nor compensation. What away to treat a customer.
