Terrible response and customer service

I could never get an answer from their customer service department. I was calling 3x a day to try and get an update on my car pickup. The car was to be picked up Aug 30th as of Sept 14th, I had not gotten an update and only 1 response to my phone calls. There was not any update on the process of the pickup of the car and I finally cancelled my order on Sept 14th. I am still waiting for them to return my deposit. Horrible company to deal with.
