TOOK MY MONEY: DO NOT USE

Contacted by Kara of NAA Transport and liked how professional she seemed and NAA Transport seemed. Once I decided to use this company, everything went downhill. Kara immediately said I needed to give her $150 for a deposit. Kara then said she would send papers, by email, that needed to be signed and faxed back. My first mistake: giving them a deposit without seeing anything. I never received anything to sign at all. I called on a Saturday, and Kara's phone was answered by Tina, who promptly said that she was Kara. After answering a couple of questions, she finally said that she was Tina. I was a little put off by this, but continued to think things would be alright. This is the last time I spoke with anyone from NAA. She sent me some papers, but they didn't really make any sense. My subsequent phone calls went unanswered.
I called and called, left message after message. Then I stumbled upon this site and saw how many poor reviews they had. I continued to call to cancel my order and found out they had changed their phone number! I then wrote, hoping to get a refund of my money and cancel my order, and smartly went with another company who delivered from the word go.
I have not heard from them and don't expect to, nor do I expect to get my money back even though nothing was ever signed between us. It was my own poor judgement to use this company. Hopefully, those of you out there who look at this site with be smarter than I was and won't use this company.
