I highly DO NOT recommend this company, first of all they are dishonest, gamers, i had to go through so much stress. The person, by the name Bryan ( I sined the contract with him) told me that my car would be picked up between 9- 10 am, nobody showed up till 2:15pm, when i called them and asked what was going on, Bryan said that the driver was on the way getting through the traffic,(but the company was located 20 min from me!) i wanted to talk to the driver, he refused to give me his cell number! at that day i had a flight to catch at 2:45pm. i was very frustrated and mad! i wanted to cancel the transportation, but when i called them 12th time Brien said that i did not have to worry, all i had to do was just to leave the key from my car in the exhaust hood or glove box.(doesn't it sound ridicules? i can not leave my car open in the middle of Brooklyn.) when i finally got to see the driver, he told me he knew nothing about that he was supposed to pick up my car between 9 and 10 am. They also lied about the price! when the driver delivered my car to san jose, he said i had to pay $879 when i agreed to pay $720 only upon delivery. they also told me that my car would be transporting in the enclosed train. my car was not transported in the enclosed train, it was in the open truck.
