So if moving is not stressful enough, you certainly do not need more provided by an Auto transport service that over promises then under delivers. That was my experience here. I contacted them and received a quote on 11/4. Their quote was among the best and their reviews seemed good, so I contact them and made arrangements by contract to have my car picked up on 11/21 and delivery to my destination on 11/23. There were numerous communications and I provided all necessary information including my Credit Card info to them. I felt comfortable with the entire process. It seemed as if the transport of my car would be one less thing to worry about. Then the day of scheduled pickup, I heard nothing from anyone about a timeframe. I tried to contact the office, left a few messages and finally received a call back. I was then told the driver that was scheduled to do the transport could not fulfill the contract and the only truck available in the near future wanted $50 more to accommodate me. So, now the stress level and blood pressure are peaking. I am moving, I am on a deadline and I have to now pay more and wait for another driver to fit me into his schedule. We "talked" for a few minutes about due diligence, responsibility etc and I could tell this conversation and "contract" were both useless and futile. I hung up and started to make some panic calls to other providers. In the meantime, my phone was "blowing up" Non Stop from Non Stop! He wanted to know if we still had a deal and I would pay the extra $50! I said no and asked him to lose my number and my credit card info. Well, I cannot give them 0 stars, so I guess they get 1 for at least following thru on the stop calling me request. I am sure if you are reading this, you need a transporter. My story does not end here, I did find a great company that did honor their price and did follow thru on ALL contractual obligations. All is well that ends well.
