When I had to call and change my pickup date, due to matters out of my hand... Janice was nothing but understanding and dispatched her driver to see if he could/would wait an additional day to pickup my car, in which he (Daylin) did. I called again to make some confirmations and even though they were supposed to be closed on the weekend, Janice was still there to reassure me with answers. Since it was being picked up a day later, it subsequently was due to arrive a day later. Daylin was in contact with me from the day he left Texas and again when he arrived in North Carolina..... A DAY EARLY! I was excited to say the least, but I was also unprepared for the early drop off (not intended as a complaint). Daylin was so patient with me as I scuffled to leave work early, redirect him to my job, gather the remainder of the bill, etc. I had to redirect him to another drop off area since he wasn't able to get into my subdivision, and yet in still, he was very courteous and professional. All in all, I had a great experience with No Doubt Logistics. They are also a familiar carrier with MoveWheels who contracted them for this job. So if reliable, safe, insured, yet rapid service is desired... contact No Doubt and ask for Janice and hopefully you get Daylin as your driver! Thanks folks!!!
